Do you offer larger sizes and additional color options?
Yes — inclusivity and real-world wearability matter to us. Many of our garments are available in extended sizes, and certain models also offer additional color options depending on supplier availability.
If you don’t see your size or preferred color online, let us know. In many cases we can either:
- place a special order
- suggest an alternative model
- or notify you when it becomes available in a future drop
If an item, size, or color is not available on your website, can I request that it be ordered for me?
Yes — whenever possible. If an item is out of stock or a color/size variation isn’t listed online, we can often request a special order through our suppliers or reserve it for an upcoming restock.
Special orders depend on:

Where are your products sourced and manufactured?
Our designs, branding concepts, and product decoration are done in-house or through collaborations with local partners in the Gatineau / Ottawa region.
Most of our base garments and accessories are sourced from Canadian suppliers, although like most apparel brands, many of these garments are manufactured overseas based on each supplier’s production network.
However:
- our genuine leather belts are both sourced and manufactured in Canada
- we prioritize quality, durability, and responsible sourcing
- and we only work with suppliers who meet our standards
We are fully transparent about our process and are always happy to discuss product origin with our customers.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — if an itemdoesn’tfit or you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your product so we can review the available options and provide instructions.
Do you ship across Canada / USA / Internationally?
Yes — we ship across:

- the United States
- and selected international destinations
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and carrier. Final options are displayed at checkout.
Can I try on products in person?
