COWBOY HATS MEASUREMENT AND SIZE GUIDE
Find Your Perfect Fit
A properly fitted cowboy hat should feel secure and comfortable—firm enough to stay in place during everyday wear, but never so tight that it causes discomfort.
To determine your size, use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your head approximately 1/8" (3 mm) above your ears and across the center of your forehead, where your hat will naturally rest. Keep the tape level all the way around without pulling it too tight. Measure two or three times for accuracy, then compare your measurement to the size chart below.

Slight variations in sizing may occur between hat styles and production runs. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
